Job Overview

The Partner GTM Enablement & Content Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining the enablement content ecosystem that empowers Relativity's partners to successfully bring solutions to market. This role creates and curates the learning content, sales resources, and go-to-market assets that help partners build expertise, adopt new capabilities, and effectively engage their clients.
Working closely with the Partner Enablement Program Manager, this role develops enablement experiences to help partners stay current on Relativity's products, partner program, and go-to-market best practices. From partner onboarding and product launches to ongoing learning journeys, this role ensures partners have the tools to confidently position, sell, and support Relativity's solutions.

Job Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop partner enablement courses, learning journeys, and go-to-market content that equip partners to effectively sell and support Relativity's solutions.

  • Create andmaintainpartner-facing content across key platforms, including the Partner Portal and Partner Learning Journey, ensuring resources areaccurate, accessible, and up to date.

  • Develop,maintain, and enhance go-to-market enablement resources - including sales collateral, co-brandable assets, and best practices - ensuring partners always have access to the most current materials.

  • Manage the Partner Portal asset library,maintaininga well-organized and governed content experience for partners.

  • Plan and executeenablementcontent development for partner onboarding programs, product launches, and ongoing enablement initiatives.

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and governance across all partner-facing content and platforms.

  • Use partner feedback and engagement data to continuously improve learning content and experiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in an enablement, training, learning design, or content development role.

  • Proven experience designing and building scalable learning content and go-to-market enablement resources for external audiences.

  • Proven ability to scope, plan, and execute end-to-end enablement projects, frominitialconcept through launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with content authoring tools such as Articulate or Adobe, as well as enablement platforms including an LMS, PRM, or similar.

  • Strong senseof ownership and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Deepexpertisein modern instructional design and content development, with a proven ability to build best-in-class, scalable learning experiences forgo-to-marketteams and externalaudiences.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts and work cross-functionally with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop compelling content.

  • Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams - including Product Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success - to translate complex information into clear, partner-facing content.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within or alongside a channel or partner organization, with a strong understanding of how partners go to market and what they need to succeed.

  • Familiarity withchannel sales motions and partner go-to-market strategies, with the ability to develop enablement content that reflects how partners engage and sell to their end clients.

  • Familiarity with data and analytics tools to measure content engagement and learning effectiveness, using insights to continuouslyoptimizethe enablement experience

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$94,000 and $140,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
