Job Summary

Our Client is seeking a dynamic Market Development Manager (MDM) to lead the development and execution of strategic go-to-market initiatives that align customer and prospect needs with our industrial maintenance and construction capabilities.


This highly impactful role will focus on expanding our client base, penetrating new geographies, and ensuring long-term growth within defined industrial market segments. The MDM will work closely with Field Market Development Managers (FMDs) to implement winning strategies that drive profitable revenue and increase market share.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define vertical market segments and develop a strategic go-to-market approach targeting industrial maintenance, reconstruction, and construction needs.
  • Create a comprehensive business plan and budget to deliver measurable, profitable sales growth.
  • Generate demand for services and products within the assigned market segment.
  • Establish and maintain frequent contact with existing and prospective customers to present value-driven solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships at multiple levels within customer organizations.
  • Develop and execute a customer contact plan to ensure consistent engagement with decision-makers.
  • Identify and capture new revenue opportunities that align with company objectives.
  • Conduct industry research to identify potential customers and apply findings in actionable ways.

Education
