Votre profil :

  • Excellentes competences en gestion;

  • Vous faites preuve d'un leadership, d'un jugement et d'une souplesse tres solides, et vous etes capable de travailler avec un minimum de supervision;

  • Vous etes axe sur les resultats, capable de respecter des delais serres, a l'aise de travailler sous pression et vous avez le sens de l'urgence;

  • Excellentes competences de communication;

  • Vous avez une bonne comprehension des principes de production Lean et d'amelioration continue;

The A220 Commercial Aircraft Program is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Operations team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).
