Votre journée en un coup d'oeil :

  • Diriger la numérisation des processus manufacturiers et des processus d’affaires liés à la production et à la livraison des produits fabriqués par Genetec
  • Mettre en œuvre les principes de l’Industrie 4.0, incluant la connexion de nos différents systèmes d’affaires et données afin d’obtenir une meilleure visibilité en temps réel des opérations manufacturières, des inventaires et de la chaîne d’approvisionnement
  • Développer un écosystème connecté avec nos partenaires manufacturiers et nos partenaires de la chaîne d’approvisionnement
  • Élaborer et implanter un système de contrôle et de suivi des coûts pour tous les produits fabriqués par Genetec
  • Mettre en place et maintenir un tableau de bord des indicateurs clés de performance liés aux activités manufacturières (inventaires, livraisons, activités, etc.)
  • Élaborer et déployer des outils qui combinent les données manufacturières avec les informations opérationnelles provenant de l’ERP, de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, du service à la clientèle et d’autres systèmes d’entreprise afin d’améliorer la visibilité et générer des insights pour tous les produits fabriqués
  • Améliorer la maturité numérique de l’ensemble de notre chaîne manufacturière, incluant la chaîne d’approvisionnement et la livraison de nos produits
  • Augmenter l’automatisation des opérations quotidiennes, des transactions manufacturières et du processus de livraison des produits

Ce qui fait de vous un excellent candidat :

  • Plus de 10 ans d’expérience pertinente en fabrication électronique
  • Baccalauréat en génie industriel, ainsi qu’un diplôme en administration (atout important)
  • Personnalité déterminée et orientée vers les résultats
  • Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires
  • Aptitude en cartographie de processus (process mapping)

As Manufacturing Value Stream manager, your role is to architect the manufacturing process and business processes by aligning the activities that compose the whole manufacturing value chain (from product development to delivery) and product life cycle (in service, repairs and returns). Your responsibilities involve identifying, assessing, proposing and implementing (if applicable) solutions in the effort to digitize, optimize and shorten the whole production value-creation flow activities at Genetec. You could be part of a team that is spearheading the digitalization of the manufacturing and business processes related to the production and delivery of Genetec manufactured products.

Your day at a glance:

  • Spearhead the digitalization of the manufacturing and business processes related to the production and delivery of Genetec manufactured products
  • Implement Industry 4.0 principles that encompass connecting our different business systems and data to obtain better real-time visibility on manufacturing operations, inventory and supply chain
  • Develop a connected ecosystem of our manufacturing partners and supply chain partners
  • Elaborate and implement a cost control and monitoring for all Genetec manufactured products
  • Implement and maintain a dash board of key performance indicators for manufacturing activities (Inventories, deliveries, activities, etc.)
  • Elaborate and implement tools that will combine data from manufacturing operations with operational data from ERP, supply chain, customer service and other enterprise systems to improve visibility and create insights for all Genetec manufactured products
  • Improve the Digital Maturity of our whole manufacturing chain, including it’s supply chain and delivery of our products
  • Increase automation of daily operations and manufacturing transactions as well as delivery of the products

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in electronics manufacturing
