I'm currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing company operating in a highly regulated environment. Due to continued growth, the company is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead its production team.

Mission

Your Role :
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will oversee day-to-day production activities while ensuring safety, quality and operational performance.
Your responsibilities include:
Supervise daily production operations and ensure performance targets are achieved.
Lead, coach and develop production employees.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, internal procedures and health & safety requirements.
Participate in investigations, problem solving and corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Plan staffing and production priorities based on operational needs.
Monitor KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Promote a collaborative, accountable and high-performing work environment.
Working Conditions :
Permanent full-time position.
Day shift.
Salary between $70,000 and $80,000, depending on experience.

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of GMP regulations is a strong asset.
Experience with Lean and continuous improvement methodologies.
Bilingual in English and French.
Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
