Join the Nalley Consulting team as a Senior-level Knowledge Manager (Requirements Engineer) at Fort Meade, MD.

Knowledge Manager (Requirements Engineer)

Location: Fort Meade, MD. -- OPS
Office: J29

Required clearance: TS/SCI; only candidates with current CI polys taken within the past seven years will be considered per client requirements.

Required experience: 10+ years
Required education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree

Responsibilities

Assists aligning processes and technology to enable information sharing by analysts and organizations for analytic production.
Uses centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems and shapes workflow and processes.
Compiles reports on performance and usage metrics and future requirements for existing knowledge management capabilities including, but not limited to, search, discovery, storage and retrieval of data and formal production and taskings.
Disseminates intelligence products across separate networks and portals.
Applies requirement management methodologies and best practices to assist in developing or reengineering processes in order to better align them with organization mission needs and priorities.
Acts as the conduit between a variety of J2 customers and the IT/KM Requirements Analyst to ensure KM requirements are incorporated into the overall requirement management cycle.
Other duties

  • Identifies organization customers and suppliers.
  • Identifies key processes and documenting as needed.
  • Designing, document and assess new processes and all related DoD and Intelligence Community policies.
  • Plan for new processes to include related changes in technology.
