Job description

Responsibilities:
• Develop functional requirements as needed that are based on customer needs/specifications.
• Define and implement methodologies for determination of requirements.
• Collaborate with specialists across various teams to validate requirement definition and coherency.
• Work with partners and customers to understand new features and translate them into internal requirements that can be implemented by design/engineering team.
• Build and maintain requirement repositories, and collaborate with development, engineering and testing teams to create traceability from requirements to testing to implementation.
• Coordinate the Requirements Management work to ensure it follows internal and external norms and regulations.
• Guide the development of test cases and test procedures that verify the requirements and assist in identifying test methods that successfully assess functionality against requirements.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability of all artifacts including requirements, code and test.
Required Qualifications
• TS/SCI (CI Poly Preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. This requirement cannot be substituted.
• Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or equivalent substitution per the Education Substitution Table: Associate's + 4 years relevant experience, OR Bachelor's + 2 years relevant experience, OR 6 years relevant experience. Substitution experience cannot double-count toward the 8-year minimum.
Travel Requirements:
  • Travel will be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

Level of Responsibility:
  • Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

Reporting Chain:
  • This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions' assigned Task Order Lead.

Level of Supervision Required:
  • The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.

Work Environment:
  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.
  • Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing and walking on a frequent basis.
  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary Range: $65k - $78k
The salary range is provided in good faith and is based on several job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, Federal Government contract labor category requirements, contract wage determinations when applicable, clearance requirements, work location, relevant experience, education, certifications, specialized skills, internal equity, and approved funding.
For proposal-contingent positions, the listed range is an anticipated good-faith range based on current proposal assumptions. Final compensation may vary based on contract award, finalized customer requirements, approved funding, labor category alignment, and candidate qualifications.
