What is the Opportunity?

Cards & Loyalty ("C&L") is seeking a detail-oriented program management professional to support the delivery of strategic initiatives across the C&L business. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Management, you will work with business leaders, technology partners, and operations teams to help translate strategic priorities into well-managed programs.

This role focuses on supporting the execution of C&L's key initiatives-you will assist with governance documentation, help track schedules and dependencies, support roadblock resolution, and contribute to accountability throughout the program lifecycle. You will coordinate across functions (Business, Finance, Technology, Operations), support risk management, and help enable disciplined program execution.

As Program Management Coordinator, you will support the planning, tracking, and delivery of strategic programs. This is an opportunity to develop your program management expertise while contributing to meaningful business outcomes.

What Will You Do?

Program Delivery & Execution Support

Assist with end-to-end program delivery for C&L initiatives, from planning through go-live

Support the development of program schedules, roadmaps, and dependency documentation Help maintain program governance frameworks and track milestone progress

Monitor program status against timelines and budgets; flag risks and issues to your manager

Support coordination across multiple workstreams and delivery teams

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare program status reports and supporting materials for leadership review

Compile program data and risk assessments for decision-making

Document program plans and execution roadmaps

Support the creation of clear, organized program documentation

Stakeholder Support & Communication

Assist in coordinating steering committee meetings and status reviews

Prepare executive briefings and status updates

Support communication to stakeholders about program status and risks

Maintain stakeholder contact lists and engagement tracking

Risk & Change Management

Identify and document program risks and dependencies

Support the development of risk tracking and mitigation approaches

Assist with change management activities and organizational readiness efforts

Track program health metrics and indicators

Process Support

Assist with documenting program management processes and best practices

Support the implementation of program management standards and tools

Maintain program management documentation and templates

Learn and apply disciplined execution and stakeholder management practices

What Do You Need to Succeed?

Must-Have:

1-2 years of RBC experience in program management, project coordination, operations, or related roles

foundational understanding of program planning and scheduling concepts

Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities

Strong organizational and communication skills-both written and oral

Proficiency with standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, Confluence)

Collaborative work style with strong interpersonal skills and a OneRBC approach

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Nice-to-Have:

Familiarity with C&L business and operating model

Experience with project management tools (Planview, Tableau)

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification in progress

Background in technology or process coordination

Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives
