Job Description

We are looking for a Program Manager to be responsible for organizing programs and activities for our company. The Program Manager will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long-term goals.
We are looking for a leader with strong technical background, capable of operating in a high-growth environment with changing priorities and long-term leadership potential.
Responsibilities:

  • Fulfilling Miratech commitments given to the clients in a profitable way
  • Identifying clients’ needs and demands and leading the up-sale process within existing engagement/frameworks
  • Setting delivery focus according to business targets and priorities
  • Identifying delivery risks and managing them to the proper level
  • Developing a subordinated team to the level required
  • Manage hiring by working with sourcing to pre-select, interview, hire, and onboarding
  • Review finances for all projects under the program
  • Meeting with stakeholders to discuss program status and goals
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of program management, department director, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing 5+ projects in parallel with the help of Project Managers with a total headcount of 50+ people
  • 3+ years of experience in managing specifically enterprise-wide technology transformation and innovation, experience in FinTech is a big plus
  • Successful experience with outsourcing development from the client-side or subcontractor side
  • Experience in creating program-level status reports
  • Knowledge of risk/issue management
  • Methodical in approach to resolving issues
  • Written and verbal communication presentation skills, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Focus on Customer Success in Professional Service engagements
  • Experience with remote/international project team management 
  • Solid engineering background with hands-on experience in technology delivery.
  • Ability to understand commercial business needs and manage different stakeholders
