JOB DESCRIPTION:

Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to join a Delivery & Governance team within a large financial services environment. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring vendor-led initiatives are executed effectively, with strong oversight across project delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. The Program Manager will act as the key liaison between internal teams and an external vendor, driving accountability, transparency, and consistent execution. This role involves overseeing multiple concurrent initiatives, including projects, enhancements, and defect remediation, while proactively managing risks and escalations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can operate independently in a fast-paced environment, resolve complex issues, and provide clear reporting and insights to leadership.


RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS:

  • Act as the primary owner ensuring business priorities, requirements, and timelines are clearly communicated and delivered by the external vendor
  • Oversee delivery of projects, enhancements, and production issue resolutions, ensuring timelines and quality expectations are met
  • Proactively identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues, driving timely resolution and preventing recurrence
  • Maintain centralized tracking of all initiatives, including status reporting, risk visibility, and key decision points for leadership
  • Serve as the main liaison between internal stakeholders and vendor teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication across all parties
  • Drive vendor accountability to agreed deliverables, milestones, and service level expectations
  • Analyze operational issues, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve performance and execution
  • Support incident management processes and audits by ensuring proper documentation and response coordination
  • Leverage tools (e.g., ticketing systems, reporting platforms) to improve tracking, reporting, and operational efficiency


REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, business analysis, or a related field
  • Strong experience with vendor governance and delivery oversight in a complex environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining organization and attention to detail
