Job Description

About the team: We are seeking a Learning Experience Specialist to support the development, management, and continuous improvement of our digital learning programs. This role will be responsible for designing and managing learning paths, certification programs, and online learning content within Docebo LMS while partnering with subject matter experts to create engaging learning experiences for internal and external audiences. The ideal candidate brings experience in learning and development, LMS administration, instructional design, certification management, and eLearning development tools including Docebo, Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Salesforce.

What you can look forward to as a Learning Experience Specialist: 

  • Design, develop, and maintain learning paths, certification programs, and curricula within Docebo LMS.
  • Manage LMS structure, course catalog organization, learner groups, enrollments, certifications, reporting, and user management.
  • Create engaging eLearning content using Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and other digital learning tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical and business content into effective online learning experiences.
  • Develop training materials utilizing presentations, technical documentation, product specifications, videos, and knowledge resources.
  • Monitor learner progress, certification compliance, completions, and learning analytics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Administer and optimize LMS workflows, automations, notifications, and reporting capabilities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify training needs and develop scalable learning solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of training data, certifications, learning paths, and learner records.
  • Support system integrations and learner data processes involving Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Create and maintain LMS governance documentation, processes, and standard operating procedures.
  • Evaluate emerging learning technologies and recommend enhancements to improve learner engagement and operational efficiency.

Your profile as a Learning Experience Specialist: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, LMS Administration, Instructional Design, or Digital Learning
  • Hands-on experience administering Docebo LMS, including learning paths, certifications, reporting, and user management
  • Experience creating eLearning content with Articulate Rise
  • Experience creating and editing instructional videos using Camtasia
  • Experience working with Salesforce and learning-related business processes
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience managing online learning programs and certification frameworks
  • Strong project management, organization, and stakeholder communication skills
