Learning Experience & AI Enablement Manager Purpose The Learning Experience & AI Enablement Manager designs, develops, and delivers innovative learning experiences that address current and emerging business and performance needs across US Pharmaceuticals. Combining expertise in instructional design, digital learning development, learning technology, and artificial intelligence (AI), this role partners with L&D colleagues, business stakeholders, and vendors to create scalable, engaging, and measurable learning solutions.

The role also enables responsible adoption of AI across L&D by identifying high-value use cases, developing AI-enabled workflows and solutions, building team capability, and helping integrate new approaches into curriculum design and established ways of working. Through consultation, experimentation, analytics, and continuous improvement, the role advances the quality, efficiency, and impact of the organization's learning ecosystem. Key Tasks Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to assess business and performance needs and translate them into effective learning strategies, curricula, and digital learning experiences.

Design, storyboard, develop, test, and deliver high-quality digital learning solutions, including eLearning modules, video content, assessments, simulations, performance-support resources, and blended learning experiences. Partner with L&D leaders, subject-matter experts, and business stakeholders to define requirements, recommend appropriate learning approaches, identify risks, establish project plans, and manage solutions through delivery. Use generative AI and other emerging technologies to enhance learning analysis, design, development, personalization, accessibility, measurement, and operational efficiency.

Co-lead the responsible implementation and adoption of AI capabilities within L&D, including use-case identification, experimentation, workflow and agent development, capability building, and integration into established ways of working. Coach and support L&D colleagues in the effective and responsible use of AI-enabled tools and methods for curriculum design, content development, learning operations, and performance support. Research, evaluate, pilot, and recommend emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled solutions based on learner, business, compliance, security, accessibility, and scalability requirements.

Manage external vendors involved in the development of digital learning assets and technology solutions, ensuring quality, timeliness, brand alignment, and achievement of agreed business outcomes. Conduct quality assurance and user testing to verify instructional effectiveness, accuracy, functionality, accessibility, learner experience, and brand compliance. Contribute to the evaluation and evolution of learning platforms and digital learning capabilities, representing the needs of US Pharmaceuticals and collaborating with regional and global partners.

Define meaningful success measures and use available data, feedback, and learning analytics to evaluate solution effectiveness, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve learning experiences. Operate effectively in a dynamic environment and serve as a trusted advisor by providing informed recommendations that influence learning strategies, technology decisions, and solution design. Key Working Relationships US Learning & Development: Directors, Associate Directors, and Learning Management System / Learner Experience Platform team (LMS/LxP).

Field Force/Sales Management, IT Customer Excellence Community: Marketing, Sales Operations Global: LMS Global Process Owner/Team, Global Learning Academies Team, Talent Impact Vendors and others as appropriate. Preferred Skills BA/BS degree and/or 8 years' corporate pharmaceutical experience or master's degree. Minimum of 10 years' experience working in either Healthcare industry or previous experience in a training organization.

Minimum of 10 years' experience developing eLearning using tools including Articulate 360, Synthesia, Vyond, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat), MS 365. Minimum 3 years' demonstrated experience applying generative AI and related technologies to learning design, content development, workflow improvement, and agent or automation development using platforms such as Perplexity, Microsoft 365 Copilot, or MyGen Assist. Required Skills Working knowledge of responsible AI practices, including appropriate human oversight, content validation, data protection, intellectual property, accessibility, and organizational governance.

Ability to work under pressure, to meet short timeframes, and to collaborate across groups. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact seamlessly with all levels. Strong project management experience, ability to prioritize effectively.

Ability to maintain confidentiality where appropriate. Proven business acumen, including strong analytical skills, interpretation, and business problem solving. Self-directed in ambiguous situations; Strong decision-making skills and ability to delegate/lead business critical initiatives.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $124,320.00 - $186,480.00. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc
