Learning Development Specialist
Location: Auburn Hills, Michigan (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Role Overview
The Learning Development Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Talent - Learning & Development organization in the North America region. This role involves administering the Learning Management System (LMS), developing training materials, and providing technical support to ensure effective learning and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a level 2 LMS Administrator for the Cornerstone Learning Management System.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for LMS Administrators.
  • Provide technical support and answer questions for Manufacturing Plant and Health & Safety LMS Admins.
  • Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions for new LMS Admins.
  • Train LMS Admins on Articulate Rise for creating and updating course content.
  • Assist in deploying and tracking mandatory training for employees.
  • Review the "Access Rate" within the global reporting tool for employees.
  • Develop a reporting process to train LMS Admins on tracking completions and access rates.
  • Support Badge Attendance App and Event Tracker activities, including updating SOPs and creating training videos.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
Experience: Candidates must have knowledge of Learning Management Systems Administration and experience with Articulate 360.

Compensation & Benefits
The pay rate for this position is between $25.00 and $33.00 per hour. Please note that the pay rate may vary based on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Eligible employees may be offered benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
Work Hours
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
