Job description

Various Contract Positions
Various contracted permanent positions are available. The contracted employee is expected to fulfill day-to-day responsibilities in accordance with ESS's policies, the district's expectations and policies, and applicable educational standards. These positions are based on school district recommendations and only those with instructions from a district should apply.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Carry out assigned responsibilities at the designated school site(s) as directed by school staff and ESS.
  • Support the learning environment by assisting students, staff, or operations in line with the assigned role.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and comply with all school district rules and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and ESS representatives.
  • Document hours and duties accurately according to ESS and district protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with confidentiality requirements, including FERPA and other relevant regulations.
  • Participate in any required training sessions or orientation provided by ESS or the school district.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some positions may require college coursework, certification, or licensure.
  • Successful completion of ESS onboarding process, including background checks and any required credentials.
  • Ability to follow directions, work independently, and adapt to a school setting.
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills when working with students and staff.
