About The Role
We're seeking an experienced finance professional to drive financial strategy and operational excellence as we scale our impact intelligence platform globally. Reporting directly to our CFO, you'll partner across the organization to build robust analytical capabilities, support our growth trajectory, and help position Worldly for sustainable, profitable growth while staying true to our mission as a public benefit corporation.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the development and execution of financial strategies that support company growth and stakeholder value creation
  • Build a high-performing analytical culture, fostering excellence and continuous improvement
  • Oversee investor reporting, and key performance indicator tracking across the organization
  • Support business planning, forecasting, and modeling for strategic decision-making at the executive level
  • Drive business case analyses and insights to inform product, pricing, operational and acquisition strategies.

We'd Like to See
  • 5-10 years of progressive finance experience
  • Growth company experience including scaling financial operations
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for leadership and stakeholders
  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or B2B business models is a plus

It Helps If You Have
  • CFA designation
  • Foundational experience at a top consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or investment bank, PE, or VC firm in an associate or equivalent role
  • Experience as part of a diverse, distributed, remote-first team

Compensation
  • Annual Base Salary: $ 160,000 - $200,000
  • Annual Bonus Potential

*Final compensation figures will be determined based on a wide variety of factors, including experience and location. These factors will be evaluated and considered by Worldly throughout the entirety of this process.
