This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in building a career in client relations, event marketing, brand marketing, communications, or project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, requests, feedback, and ongoing account needs.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing event marketing campaigns that align with client goals and brand objectives.
  • Help develop client-facing materials, including proposals, presentations, campaign reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Manage client accounts and project details while ensuring deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
  • Track campaign performance metrics, analyze results, and provide clients with regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
  • Support event logistics and on-site coordination, including venue setup, inventory management, promotional materials, and event-day activities.
  • Maintain organized client records, project timelines, and campaign documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing responsive, professional, and solutions-focused support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay informed about event marketing trends, consumer engagement strategies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Event Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
  • Passion for marketing, events, branding, and customer engagement.
  • Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the event marketing industry.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, marketing, events, sales, or client relations is a plus.

Why Join Our Team?

As a Client Relations Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in event marketing, client management, campaign coordination, and brand promotion while working alongside a collaborative and forward-thinking team. You’ll have the opportunity to develop valuable professional skills and contribute directly to successful marketing campaigns and client relationships.

If you’re organized, personable, motivated, and passionate about creating exceptional customer and client experiences, apply today for the Client Relations Associate position and take the next step in your marketing career.
