Job description

Wealth Manager Client Service Associate

The Wealth Manager Client Service Associate (CSA) is responsible for providing day-to-day support to Wealth Managers. The CSA leads onboarding and service for new and existing clients. The incumbent is responsible for client relationship management, which includes developing and maintaining strong relationships with high net worth clients. Lastly, he/she is responsible for client communication and education, which includes the communication of investment updates, market insights, and performance reports.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
  • Candidates may be required to hold Series 7 & 66 or 63/65
  • Undergraduate degree a plus
  • Foundational knowledge of investment and banking products
  • Detail oriented and customer focused
  • Professional verbal and written communication
  • Prior brokerage or RIA experience
Hours & Work Schedule
  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
  • Required in office 4 days at location posted/1 day work from home
Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $37.50 - $47.59 per hour, plus an opportunity to earn additional discretionary incentive earnings. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the budget, work location, and relevant skills and experience.
