We’re seeking a professional, motivated, and results-driven Customer Relations Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll act as a key link between our clients and their customers by building relationships, representing well-known brands, and driving customer acquisition and retention.
This position blends customer service, sales, and business development. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with established client accounts while contributing directly to brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities of a Client Relations Associate:
Represent and promote products and services on behalf of major client accounts
Engage directly with customers to generate new sales opportunities and drive revenue
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions that align with client goals
Serve as a liaison between clients and consumers to ensure satisfaction and retention
Contribute to client growth by expanding customer base and increasing brand awareness
Track daily interactions, sales activity, and customer feedback
Deliver a high level of professionalism while representing the brand with integrity and enthusiasm
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus (but not required)
Reliable transportation preferred
