Job description

Position Summary

The InvestmentRelations associate will focus on assisting administrationduties through our online portal and other sales tools. This coversassisting in data entries and audits of our online systems as well as directcorrespondence with clients to assist in their request and support our salesteam. The Team Member will work as part of the ZT Corporate Private Equity Teamand report to the Manager in the day-to-day aspects of client relationships andto support high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including presentations, and ad hoc requests.
  • Proactively manage existing CRM system and online portal, ensuring
    • (1) all investor profiles are updated with recent meeting notes and documented next steps and
    • (2) consistent and prioritized communications with prospective investors.
  • Assist with ad hoc investor requests regarding documentation or their investments.
  • Attending and assisting at local investor events including setup, sign ins, and requests for information from relevant parties
Qualifications
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Aptitude for numbers, accuracy and organization.
  • Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.
  • Creative problem-solving skills including the ability to identify, recommend and implement solutions.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Experience with MS Excel and other Microsoft suits
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment that requires collaboration with multiple teams.
