We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our innovative team at Pro Active Physio Clinic in Orange, California. Work Environment

Our clinic is situated in the beautiful city of Orange, California, providing a welcoming onsite setting that encourages collaboration and a strong team spirit among healthcare professionals. You will work Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility equipped with advanced therapeutic technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to assess the unique needs of each patient, observing clinical signs and symptoms to inform treatment planning.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices, ensuring optimal recovery and support for each client.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on clinical reassessments and patient feedback to meet established goals effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including SOAP notes and progress summaries, utilizing our electronic health record system to support seamless communication among care teams.
• Educate patients and their families on the rehabilitation process, potential challenges, and techniques to enhance recovery, fostering an environment of understanding and support.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within Ensemble Therapy, engaging with specialists who provide additional services, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.
• Embrace and promote the core values of our clinic, acting as an ambassador for the culture and mission of Pro Active Physio Clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Pro Active Physio Clinic, you will work with a diverse range of patients, including children and adults from various backgrounds and diagnoses. Understanding the varied experiences of our patient demographics is crucial as you tailor your treatment approaches, fostering inclusivity and respect for each individual’s unique journey toward recovery. You’ll serve clients dealing with different conditions, ensuring that each treatment plan is rooted in comprehensive patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is essential; a Master's degree or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of California is required.
• Proficiency in conducting evaluations and treatments in both in-person and telehealth settings.
• A strong commitment to working with a diverse patient population, demonstrating sensitivity to issues related to age, race, and ethnicity.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, embracing change and supporting team goals.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a customer-service orientation to foster positive patient relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment will be considered a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, specifically those used for physical therapy documentation.
• Clinical experience in treating diverse diagnoses across various age groups, with an emphasis on evidence-based methods.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional comprehensive benefits include:
