Pro Active Physio Clinic is searching for a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Clovis, California. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Pro Active Physio Clinic, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for both pediatric and adult clients, accurately assessing their physical abilities and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations, setting specific, measurable goals to track progress.
• Regularly reassess patient progress to evaluate treatment effectiveness, modify treatment plans as necessary, and make necessary adjustments to patient goals.
• Document all patient interactions and clinical information in the electronic medical record system in accordance with clinic protocols, ensuring documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, including therapeutic techniques and potential challenges they may encounter, fostering a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the clinic, ensuring coordinated care for clients receiving multiple therapy services.
• Maintain compliance with clinic objectives and contribute to achieving utilization goals by delivering exceptional patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted licensure to practice physical therapy in California.
• A willingness to provide both in-person treatments and telehealth services when appropriate for patient care.
