Provider Relations Associate Analyst (Claims & PR Advocate)

Location: Remote (U.S. Only) – Preference for PST/MST Candidates

Client: CIGNA

Pay Rate: $20/hour

Schedule: Training: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM CST

Post Training: Monday – Friday, 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM CST

Job Summary: We are hiring a Provider Relations Associate Analyst to support healthcare claims and provider-related inquiries in a fully remote environment. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls from providers, members, and billing offices to resolve claim issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The position requires strong multitasking, problem-solving, and technical skills to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

Duties:

  • Handle inbound calls related to claims, billing, and provider inquiries
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups and issue resolution
  • Assist with claim status, reprocessing, and payment-related questions
  • Support provider contract inquiries and demographic updates
  • Educate callers on billing protocols and benefits information
  • Process requests for EOBs, check reissues, and claim adjustments
  • Document all interactions in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Escalate complex issues to internal teams when necessary
  • Ensure professional communication and first-call resolution

Requirements:

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (required)
  • Ability to work in a structured, high-volume call environment
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Flexibility to work assigned schedule and complete full training

Qualifications:
