  • Maintain CRM data quality by assisting with account hierarchy management, duplicate resolution, account maintenance, and other data hygiene initiatives.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into campaigns, pipeline, partner performance, renewals, and operational metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Partner, and Revenue Operations teams to troubleshoot operational issues and ensure processes run efficiently.

  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM platform.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate, high-quality data.
  • Experience using spreadsheets, reports, or business systems to organize and analyze information.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice to Have
  • Experience supporting Salesforce data management, account hierarchies, or data quality initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Campaign Monitor or other marketing automation platforms.
