Job Description

As the Senior Business Relations Manager, you will serve as the strategic lead for our most high-value client accounts and institutional partnerships. You will be responsible for building deep, trust-based relationships at the C-suite and executive levels, ensuring client retention, and unlocking new revenue streams through strategic upselling and cross-selling. This role requires a blend of high-level diplomacy, financial acumen, and a consultative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Serve as the primary, high-touch point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, managing long-term satisfaction and relationship health.

  • Executive Alliance Building: Cultivate and maintain deep relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-level executives within partner organizations.

  • Revenue Growth & Retention: Own the retention targets for your assigned portfolio. Proactively identify, negotiate, and close contract renewals, expansions, cross-sells, and upsells.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure our deliverables perfectly align with the client's evolving strategic goals.

  • Conflict Resolution & Escalation: Act as the ultimate escalation point for critical account issues, orchestrating swift, mutually beneficial solutions to maintain relationship integrity.

  • Market & Competitor Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor landscapes to position our organization as an indispensable thought partner to our clients.

  • Strong Leadership skills

  • The ability to manage multiple accounts and build new relationships with clients simultaneously

  • The ability to present to C-level executives and upper management daily.

  • The ability to forecast future accounts

  • The ability to travel up to 50% domestically

Target Base Salary Range: $140,000 - $150,000 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.

Basic Requirements

Required Skills:

  • High School diploma, Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Management, Marketing, or Sales.

  • 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Client Relations, Customer Sucess, or Executive Sales with experience managing high-level accounts.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
