Job description

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our Event Marketing and Fundraising team. This entry-level role focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting fundraising campaigns, and ensuring positive donor and customer experiences.

This position is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, enjoy community engagement, and thrive in fast-paced, event-driven environments.

No prior experience is required. Paid training and mentorship are provided.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a main point of contact for clients, donors, and event participants
  • Build and maintain positive relationships through communication and follow-ups
  • Represent nonprofit partners at fundraising events and community outreach activities
  • Share information about campaign goals, initiatives, and event details
  • Track donor and client interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Support reporting and basic administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with team members to meet campaign objectives
