With over 180 years of experience, we take pride in delivering life-saving medications while upholding the highest compliance and safety standards. Join a dynamic team where your work directly impacts public health and safety.
Role Overview
As a Chargeback Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining accurate contract pricing and managing chargebacks. This role is all about precision, organization, and collaboration. You'll work closely with manufacturers, GPOs, and internal teams to ensure customers receive the correct pricing every time.
If you thrive on details, love staying organized, and have a knack for working with data, this is your chance to build a strong foundation in pricing operations and analytics. You don't need to be an Excel wizard yet, but you should have solid skills and a genuine interest in learning more. We'll help you grow!
What You'll Do
  • Maintain and update contract pricing, customer eligibility, renewals, and terminations
  • Spot and resolve pricing or data discrepancies before they become issues
  • Collaborate with manufacturers, internal teams, and GPOs for accurate updates
  • Manage a high volume of chargeback lines with speed and accuracy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners
  • Analyze data using Excel and other tools
  • Cross-train on departmental functions and contribute to process improvements
What Success Looks Like
  • You consistently deliver reliable, high-quality work
  • You meet or exceed expectations on key performance goals or metrics
  • You collaborate well with others and build strong working relationships
  • You identify and solve problems with a proactive mindset
  • You embody M&D's values in how you show up and support the team
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Basic proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (advanced skills a plus)
  • Experience in accounting, auditing or data analysis is helpful but not required
  • College degree preferred, ideally in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Desired Attributes
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to follow structured processes and adapt to change

Comprehensive Benefits
Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, HRA, HSA, and FSA reimbursement accounts, Basic & Voluntary Life Insurance, Short & Long-term Disability Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Fitness Program Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program and 401K Savings Plan with a company match
Why You'll Love Working with Us
At Morris & Dickson, we are committed to empowering our employees by equipping them with the necessary tools, autonomy, and flexibility to succeed. We foster a collaborative environment where every voice is valued, and each contribution is recognized. Together, we play a vital role in supporting the essential operations of independent pharmacies nationwide.
