Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking experienced electrical technicians to join our contractor network for residential service and maintenance work orders. We provide ongoing work opportunities through established residential and property management partnerships across multiple states.

This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors looking for flexible scheduling, consistent work opportunities, and fast payment processing after completed jobs.

We provide a wide range of residential repair and maintenance services including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, drywall, carpentry, flooring, painting, appliances, remediation, and general maintenance work.

Our electrical technicians primarily perform residential troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and maintenance services for homeowners and property management partners within their local service areas.

Responsibilities

  • Perform residential electrical troubleshooting, repairs, and installations
  • Diagnose electrical issues and provide efficient repair solutions
  • Follow all local electrical and safety codes
  • Maintain communication and job updates through the mobile work order portal
  • Complete jobs professionally while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction
  • Manage work orders, timelines, and approved budgets effectively

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and dependable work ethic
  • Must own electrical tools and reliable transportation (truck, van, or SUV)
  • Ability to work independently and manage service calls
  • Preferred: 3+ years of residential electrical experience
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Comfortable using online portals and mobile job systems
  • Ability to transport tools and equipment as needed
  • Active General Liability Insurance required (COI must be provided)
  • Workers' Compensation coverage preferred where applicable
  • Valid trade license preferred depending on local/state requirements
