Myan Management Group, LLC. is actively seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician in Sherman, TX to keep our apartments in excellent working condition, deliver outstanding customer service, and assist the Property Manager in day-to-day operations. A Day in the Life of a Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you play a vital role in keeping the property in an attractive, safe, and functional condition. You will:
  • Supervise make-ready technician, service technicians, groundskeepers, and housekeepers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to report supply needs, staff issues, and potential liability concerns.
  • Train maintenance staff and oversee the performance of contractors and vendors.
  • Identify and report safety hazards while ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Take pride in maintaining the visual appeal and operational integrity of our grounds, buildings, and apartment units.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in property management
  • HVAC and EPA certification
  • Ability to be available for "on-call" emergencies 24/7
  • Valid driver's license
