Position Summary and Responsibilities:

The Mail Associate distributes incoming mail and coordinates the delivery of outgoing mail. This associate also serves as a relief-receptionist. 

• Deliver incoming mail.

• Coordinate delivery of outgoing and interoffice mail.

• Provide office administrative support.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Must take ownership of position and willing to be flexible regarding work assignments

 • Good driving record

 • Good verbal and written communication skills

• Must get along with others

• High School Diploma

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
    • Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
    • Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
