• Receive, sort, scan, and distribute incoming mail and packages
• Prepare and process outgoing mail and shipments, including postage and carrier coordination
• Maintain records of mail, packages, and shipping activity
• Operate and troubleshoot mailroom equipment
• Track shipments and deliveries
• Provide customer service to mail carriers, delivery personnel, and team members
• Perform basic clerical duties, including typing, filing, and completing forms
• Follow company procedures, mail system regulations, and perform additional assigned tasks
Requirements
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
