Job description

The Laserfiche Systems Analyst is responsible for driving business innovation and enterprise-wide solutions using Laserfiche Cloud across the enterprise. This role combines hands-on Laserfiche system administration with business analysis, systems analysis and project management to deliver scalable, secure and well-architected solutions that can be spotlighted in the Solutions Marketplace. The role partners closely with BTO, ITS, Development and business stakeholders to translate needs into clear requirements, prioritize work and drive delivery from intake through deployment and adoption.
 
Location:
  • Hybrid: Three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) in-office in Long Beach, CA.
  • Remote work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when needed to accommodate traveling for marketing events.
About the Role - Key Responsibilities:
 
Solution Design, Enablement and Continuous Improvement 
  • Develop or improve business processes leveraging Laserfiche capabilities to deliver enterprise and departmental solutions
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal research, analysis and testing needed to support Laserfiche enhancements and development efforts
  • Identify opportunities for new platform capabilities and integrations, including reporting and analytics (e.g., Power BI dashboards)
  • Create and maintain solution documentation and end-user guidance to support adoption and operational continuity
  • Support change management activities, including training, communications and stakeholder enablement
 
Laserfiche Platform Administration
 
  • Configure and maintain the organization’s Laserfiche Cloud repository, including user access, roles, groups and permissions
  • Configure and maintain workflows and automation solutions within the Laserfiche ecosystem, including process automation security and operational monitoring
  • Manage data connections and integrations between Laserfiche and integrated systems, including databases and line-of-business applications
  • Safeguard Laserfiche information in accordance with Laserfiche Information Security Policies
  • Speak and present both internally and externally regarding solution approach, outcomes, and platform capabilities as needed
  • Provide practical guidance to stakeholders on how to use the platform effectively, securely and consistently
 
Business Analysis and Project Management 
 
  • Manage Laserfiche-related projects from intake through delivery, including scope, schedule, risks, dependencies and communications
  • Elicit, document and validate requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and process maps for Laserfiche-enabled solutions
  • Facilitate stakeholder reviews to clarify scope, benefits, tradeoffs and implementation approach
  • Support testing activities by defining test scenarios, coordinating UAT and confirming outcomes meet business and compliance needs
  • Establish and maintain project artifacts, including plans, status updates and change communications
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and solution designs using Laserfiche Cloud
  • Assist with other BTO projects involving enterprise systems as needed
 
About You - Essential Qualifications:
 
  • Experience administering or implementing enterprise software platforms, preferably content management and workflow automation solutions 
  • Hands-on experience with system configuration, access management, and troubleshooting in cloud and hybrid environments
  • Demonstrated business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping and stakeholder facilitation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, organize priorities, and drive action items to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
 
 
 
The salary range varies, and pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, certifications (if applicable), candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and years of experience amongst other factors.
