Admin Professional - Sales & Recruiting | $22–$23 per hour 

Express Employment Professionals in Southwest Austin is seeking a driven Front Office Coordinator to support our workforce solutions team. This position serves as the operational hub of our office, supporting recruiting, candidate experience, onboarding, payroll administration, client service, and day-to-day office operations.

The Front Office Coordinator works closely with recruiters, sales staff, and leadership to help job seekers find meaningful work and help local businesses solve staffing challenges. We're looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, quick-thinking, highly intelligent, and energized by a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate learns quickly, manages multiple priorities with ease, and enjoys contributing to a high-performing, sales-driven team. What You'll Do

As the Front Office Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping our office running efficiently while supporting candidates, clients, recruiters, and leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for job seekers and client companies
  • Answer incoming calls, manage office communications, and conduct candidate inquiry calls
  • Guide candidates through the application, onboarding, and hiring process
  • Maintain accurate candidate and employee records within our systems
  • Schedule interviews and support recruiting follow-up activities
  • Assist recruiters with candidate sourcing, outreach, and job posting management
  • Coordinate onboarding, employment verifications, background checks, and compliance documentation
  • Support weekly payroll and timecard processes
  • Assist with accounts receivable follow-up and administrative projects
  • Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and support office growth
