We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical skills, along with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on foundry equipment and machinery
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Troubleshoot production equipment to minimize downtime
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications
  • Collaborate with production teams to improve equipment performance

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of manufacturing experience required
  • 3-5 years of Maintenance Technician experience required
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently
  • Experience working in a foundry or heavy industrial environment preferred
