We are seeking a Full Time Sous Chef to help lead daily culinary operations at East Town Kitchen & Bar, located within the Marriott Milwaukee in the heart of downtown Milwaukee, WI. In this hands-on culinary leadership role, you will mentor a talented kitchen team, oversee food preparation and menu execution, and bring bold, elevated comfort food to life in one of East Town's favorite downtown destinations. The ideal candidate is an experienced Sous Chef or culinary leader with strong organizational skills, a passion for developing talent, and a proven ability to maintain quality and consistency in a fast-paced, guest-focused kitchen environment.
