This role is the primary owner of the guest lodging experience, from pre-arrival communication through checkout, ensuring every guest receives a seamless, high-quality, and memorable stay. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Lodging Manager will oversee guest services, unit readiness, housekeeping coordination, maintenance needs, and revenue opportunities related to lodging inventory. This position requires strong organizational skills, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively solve problems in a fast-paced hospitality environment.   • Resolve guest issues quickly and effectively, escalating when necessary

Lodging Operations & Inventory Management
  • Oversee all lodging operations for 134 units, ensuring cleanliness, readiness, and consistency
  • Manage unit assignments, availability, and occupancy in coordination with events and ranch activities
  • Actively sell and promote vacant units during weekends or periods of open inventory
  • Coordinate check-in and check-out processes to ensure smooth guest transitions
Housekeeping & Cleaning Management
  • Manage and coordinate cleaning schedules for all lodging units
  • Ensure housekeeping standards are met and units are guest-ready at all times
  • Conduct regular inspections of units to ensure cleanliness and quality
  • Communicate with cleaning teams regarding priorities, special requests, and scheduling changes
Maintenance & Repairs
  • Identify, track, and prioritize maintenance and repair needs across all lodging units
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff or vendors to ensure timely repairs
  • Perform regular walk-throughs and inspections to proactively address issues
  • Maintain records of repairs, maintenance needs, and unit condition
Administrative & Reporting Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate lodging records, schedules, and operational documentation
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the General Manager regarding occupancy, issues, and guest feedback
  • Assist with budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiencies related to lodging
  • Support policy development and process improvements for lodging operations

Qualifications & Skills
