Level IIIB NICU | New Grads Welcome | No Locums
RecruitWell is seeking Board-Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Kansas City, Missouri. Join a respected, well-supported regional perinatal referral center delivering exceptional care in a family-centered, technologically advanced environment. This is a non-locums position โ€” new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Position Highlights
  • Facility Type: Regional perinatal referral center
  • NICU Levels:
    • 49-bed Level IIIB NICU
    • 15-bed Level IIIA NICU
    • Additional Level II NICU and well-baby nursery
  • Annual Admissions: Over 460 NICU admissions
  • Advanced Support: Comprehensive neonatal care, advanced ventilator support
  • Technology: Includes Angel Eye secure video system for families
  • CSR/CDS - Must be obtained prior to start
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Clinical Involvement: QI initiatives, unit function, and educational opportunities encouraged
