Medical Sales Account Executive to drive growth across northeastern Iowa. This VA-contracted position covers an extensive territory from Mason City to Decorah, including Waterloo, Charles City, and Oelwein, offering an excellent opportunity to build client relationships and grow your income.
In this role, you'll represent our comprehensive portfolio of ventilators, oxygen therapy, sleep apnea treatment, wound care, and diabetic solutions to healthcare providers, hospitals, and referral sources.

Work EnvironmentThis role requires extensive outside sales across northeastern Iowa, involving regular face-to-face client interactions, relationship building, and sales strategy. You'll work independently with full autonomy, balancing strategic account development with comprehensive service delivery and local travel.

Position DetailsLocation: Oelwein, Iowa
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Territory: Mason City to Decorah, including Waterloo, Charles City, Oelwein
Travel: Local area, no overnight travel required
Key Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and grow referral relationships
- Educate healthcare providers about company products and services
- Prospect, present, and close new accounts
- Partner with local team to ensure seamless service
- Report sales activity and territory trends
- Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external customers
Compensation & BenefitsCompensation: - Entry-Level Candidates: $43,000/year base + commission
- Experienced Candidates: $48,000/year base + commission
- Uncapped commission potential

QualificationsRequired: - Previous sales experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with proven sales potential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred: - Four-year college degree
- DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience
- 2+ years B2B or healthcare sales experience
- CRM platform familiarity
- Ability to simplify complex topics and build trust
