Job description

The Order Management Specialist preforms assigned duties under the direction of Wasatch Rxโ€™s Sales Account Manager over Order Management. Primary areas of work responsibility include: order verification, sales support, and purchasing support. This position works within our sales department to provide support for management of sales orders, as well as responsible to verify, authenticate, create and properly maintain drug T3 pedigrees.

Duties & Responsibilities


Order Verification:

  • Verify online orders against internal purchase orders
  • Locate corresponding invoices and file electronically
  • Produce shipping labels; coordinate shipping instruction with vendors
  • Research and reconcile vendor order discrepancies
  • Central contact for vendor order inquiries

Product Authentication:

  • Compile and compose drug T3 pedigree documentation

Accounting Support:

  • Process vendor invoices
  • Order review, research and correct discrepancies

Purchasing Support:

  • Assist purchasing team with various tasks as needed
  • Product Sourcing via Online Searches
  • Customer Service Support (instant messenger and email)

Other duties as assigned

  • Maintain customer and vendor files
  • Product organization within software system
  • Properly review, and correct aged entries in software system



Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time with or without the use of a sit stand desk
  • Ability to work at a computer station for extended periods of time
  • Ability to answer phones with or without the use of a headset
  • Ability to work on location out of the Sandy, UT Office
