WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation
  • Perform in-depth case analysis to evaluate liability and damages
  • Draft, review, and file litigation documents, including discovery, motions, and oppositions, including oppositions to motions for summary judgment
  • Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel
  • Maintain strong client communication and provide consistent case updates
  • Serve as first chair in civil jury trials
  • Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to develop litigation strategy and drive successful outcomes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in CA and/or NV.
  • 7+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience
  • Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to plaintiff personal injury litigation
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal authority
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to successfully manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomes
  • Experience conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing strategic legal guidance
  • Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
