Our growing personal injury firm is seeking an experiencedย Pre-Suit Attorneyย to oversee a dedicated case โ€œpod.โ€ This leadership role is ideal for a strategic, organized attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving results prior to litigation.

Position Overview

The Pre-Suit Attorney will manage a pre-suit caseload while supervising a pod team consisting of case managers and support staff. This role requires strong leadership, client interaction, medical management, and the ability to move files efficiently from intake to demand status.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a pre-suit caseload from inception through demand status
  • Supervise and guide pod team members to ensure timely case progression
