Our California-based personal injury firm is seeking new Junior Litigation Attorneys to join our team. This is a remote position for attorneys licensed in California who are ready to jump into litigation and gain meaningful trial experience.

About the Role: As a Junior Litigation Attorney, you'll handle your own caseload of personal injury matters, from filing through trial. You'll be expected to:

  • Draft complaints, discovery, and other pre-trial documents
  • Take and defend depositions (with training and support)
  • Attend court appearances (remote and in-person as needed)
  • Work alongside senior attorneys as a Second Chair in trial
  • Collaborate with a tight-knit litigation team committed to client results

Ideal Candidate:

  • License to practice law in California required
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Genuine interest in trial work
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Demonstrated interest or experience in personal injury law
