At ShieldStone Coverage Solutions, experienced producers have the opportunity to transition from full-time selling into a leadership role focused on coaching agents, improving performance, and helping build a high-performing sales organization. Qualified inbound leads, focused supplemental health products, proven sales systems, and technology are already in place, allowing you to spend your time developing people instead of searching for business.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Leadership Opportunity. Build a Team. Strong Earning Potential.

This role is for proven health insurance producers and current sales leaders who are ready to move beyond individual production and into a position where they can develop people, drive performance, and help build a successful sales organization.

Your leadership and sales experience are the foundation. We provide the agents, products, systems, support, and technology to help you build production, strengthen the team, and grow your career.

WHAT YOU'LL LEAD

  • Complete an initial hands‑on production period to learn ShieldStone's products, systems, and sales process.

  • Coach agents on needs discovery, product presentation, lead conversion, objection handling, and closing.

  • Monitor call quality, conversion, policy effectuation, persistency, production, and overall team performance.

  • Provide real‑time coaching, feedback, accountability, and support throughout the sales day.

  • Lead agent onboarding, ongoing development, and performance improvement.

  • Help strengthen team standards, sales processes, and agent consistency.

  • Work alongside company leadership to support recruiting, production, and long‑term team growth.

WHAT WE'LL PROVIDE

  • High‑volume inbound sales environment with qualified leads.

  • Focused Hospital Indemnity, Short Term Home Health Care, Prescription Giveback Programs, and supplemental health solutions.

  • CRM, dialer, dashboards, and leaderboard technology with real‑time team visibility.

  • Product training, leadership resources, and direct collaboration with company leadership.

  • Meaningful influence over hiring, onboarding, coaching, and overall sales performance.

  • Opportunity to expand your leadership responsibilities and earning potential as company production grows.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Active Health Insurance Producer License required (Florida 2-40 or 2-15)

  • At least two years of health insurance sales experience preferred.

  • Proven success in phone‑based sales, lead conversion, objection handling, and closing.

  • Strong understanding of coaching, call quality, accountability, and sales performance.

  • Ability to motivate, coach, and communicate effectively with different personalities.

  • Consistent, process‑driven leader in a high‑volume sales environment.

  • Previous management or training experience is helpful but not required.

  • Medicare, ACA, supplemental health, hospital indemnity, or similar product experience preferred.

COMPENSATION AND GROWTH

  • Annual earning potential of $75,000 to $110,000.

  • Initial onboarding includes a hands‑on production period, typically two to four weeks, to learn the products, systems, and sales process.

  • Following onboarding, starting weekly management compensation of $1,300 plus 2% of company‑wide monthly premium production.

  • Additional earning opportunities as production, leadership responsibilities, and company growth expand.

  • Earnings vary based on company production and role growth.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • In‑office leadership role based in Boca Raton, Florida.

  • Fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment requiring real‑time coaching, decision making, and leadership.

  • Leadership presence during active sales hours is expected to provide coaching, support, and accountability.
