Job description

This a work from home position/ Remote


Peak Legacy Financial is seeking competitive, coachable professionals who want to build a long-term career in life insurance sales.

This is a fully remote, full-time 1099 independent-contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-only, with a 70% starting commission level. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage.

No insurance experience is required. Applicants must either hold an active resident-state life insurance license or be willing and legally eligible to obtain one before selling.

What You'll Do

• Meet with prospective clients by phone
• Identify each client’s life insurance needs and budget
• Compare coverage from multiple highly rated carriers
• Present Final Expense, Mortgage Protection and other life insurance solutions
• Complete electronic applications accurately
• Follow up with clients and carriers throughout the application process
• Maintain consistent sales and follow-up activity
• Participate in virtual training, coaching and team meetings

COMPENSATION

• 1099 independent-contractor opportunity

• Earnings vary based on activity, production and policy retention
• Advancement based on performance, consistency and leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

• Active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one promptly
• Reliable computer, phone and high-speed internet
• Professional remote workspace
• Strong phone communication skills
• Coachable, accountable and comfortable working independently
• Prepared to treat the opportunity as a full-time business
• Willing to participate in training and maintain consistent activity

PREFERRED BACKGROUNDS

We welcome candidates with experience in door-to-door sales, phone sales, solar, roofing, pest control, automotive sales, fitness, hospitality or other performance-based positions. Military veterans and former competitive athletes are also encouraged to apply.
