Responsibilities
  • Make 25–50 prospecting calls daily.
  • Handle inbound/outbound calls and answer questions from clients interested in life insurance.
  • Call potential clients based on acquired leads, client referrals, and web inquiries.
  • Quote, prepare, and bind life insurance policies.
  • Achieve or exceed an annual production quota of $75,000 in new life insurance sales.
  • Determine clients’ needs and financial situations by scheduling fact‑finding appointments and assessing current coverage and investments.
  • Build and maintain a client base; keep existing clients informed about products and services through annual reviews to assess changing needs.
  • Provide yearly reviews of existing clients and conduct changes, including processing changes of beneficiaries, ownership, and upgrades in policy amount or type.
  • Work closely with underwriters and medical vendors to ensure client applications are processed effectively and timely.
  • Communicate underwriting and sales updates to sales management regularly.

Qualifications
  • Florida 2–15 Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Agent license required.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in the life insurance industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week.
  • Ability to work remotely and exercise independent judgment.
  • Capacity to manage tasks in compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced sales environment.
