About the Role:
Join the LAW OFFICES OF GUADALUPE T GARCIA as a Receptionist/Legal Assistant in West Covina, CA. This dynamic position offers an exciting opportunity to support our legal team while providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys.
  • Prepare and organize legal documents and correspondence.
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
  • Perform general office duties to support legal staff.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional legal education preferred.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or legal assistant.
