We are actively hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians for our Corbin, KY location. These are full‑time positions with immediate openings, ideal for candidates with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who want long‑term stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment maintenance — Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Troubleshooting — Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Repairs & replacements — Repair motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, sensors, and control components.
• Safety compliance — Follow all OSHA and facility safety standards.
• Documentation — Log completed work, parts used, and equipment status in maintenance systems.
• Team collaboration — Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
• Experience with PLCs is a plus
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and self‑motivated
