As a Business Immigration Legal Assistant, you will work closely with our attorneys and legal team to prepare, organize, and manage a variety of business immigration matters. You will support cases involving H-2B visas, PERM Labor Certifications, NIW, and TN visas, helping ensure that petitions, applications, supporting documentation, and case files are accurate, complete, and properly organized.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in business immigration law who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and taking ownership of case-related tasks. Your knowledge of employment-based immigration processes, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities will be essential to supporting our attorneys and delivering an excellent experience to the clients we serve.

• Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documentation.
• Support business immigration cases involving H-2B visas, PERM Labor Certifications, National Interest Waivers (NIW), and TN visas.
• Communicate with clients to collect required information and supporting documents.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate case files and legal documentation.
• Conduct legal and case-related research as directed by attorneys.
• Manage case information using Excel, Camp Legal, and Clio.
• Monitor documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper organization.
• Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys and the business immigration team as needed.
Qualifications
• Previous experience working in Business Immigration Law is required.
• Hands-on experience with H-2B, PERM, NIW, and TN immigration matters.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a legal team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Camp Legal, and Clio.
