Job description

What will I be doing:
  • Support paralegals and attorneys to maintain and move large inventory of client cases, including scheduling and document prep
  • Daily communication with clients regarding their case
  • Request, receive, and review documents
  • Enter and maintain case data using the case management system (FileVine)
  • Assist with court filings, discovery, and certified mailings
  • Organize correspondence and route to appropriate individual(s)
  • Quality checks on documents, correspondence, and deadline tracking

Requirements
