Where You'll Work
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto or Denver, CO with the expectation to be in office at least 3 days a week for collaboration and connection.

Why this Role Matters
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the team behind Lito - Litera's GenAI platform - as it evolves from a chat-based agent into a Litera-wide platform that supercharges every legal and business workflow across the Litera product ecosystem. Lito is not simply a feature; it is the AI intelligence layer that will connect and amplify Litera's entire suite of solutions, from document drafting and redlining to matter management, firm intelligence, and beyond.

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role at the intersection of AI, legal technology, and platform strategy. You will work closely with the Lito PM team to contribute to product vision and roadmap execution, collaborating across product lines, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver an AI experience that meets legal and business professionals where they work and elevates what they can accomplish.

What You'll Deliver

  • Contribute to product vision and translate it into actionable roadmap items aligned with company objectives.

  • Identify market opportunities and contribute to product roadmaps that strengthen Lito's competitive position.

  • Partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to deliver high-quality products on time.

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring products meet user needs and expectations through direct engagement, research, and feedback loops.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to gather insights and validate concepts.

  • Support go-to-market execution, including positioning, sales enablement, and launch coordination in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

  • Monitor product performance and market trends to inform strategy and surface opportunities.

  • Use data, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to guide product decisions.

  • Ensure alignment and communication across all departments involved in product delivery.

What You'll Bring
Must-Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in product management

  • Experience working with generative AI / Large Language Model (LLM) technologies; experience shipping AI-powered products preferred

  • Proven track record of successfully bringing products to market and/or driving revenue growth

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions in fast-moving environments

  • Ability to think at both the platform level (integrations, shared services) and the workflow level (user tasks, friction points, adoption drivers)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience in the legal technology market or a related professional services industry

  • Experience with a platform, ecosystem, or multi-product initiative

  • Experience working within a Microsoft 365 / Azure ecosystem

  • Ability to manage up, including with executives, to align strategies and achieve organizational goals

Pay Transparency for Colorado Applicants

The base salary range for this role is $100,000 to $130,000 USD. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements.

Salary Range (Ontario Applicants)

This position has a base salary range of $105,000 to $140,000 CAD, with additional eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus and benefits. The final offer will depend on experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
