Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
Normal office environment. Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping, and stretching. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity enough to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Requires mobility enough to travel.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum
    • Must currently be enrolled as a 1st or 2nd year law Student
    • Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
  • Able to multi-task and demonstrate organizational, detail orientation, prioritization skills and time management skills to ensure that work related activities are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with highly sensitive data and information.
  • All Colorado Interns are required to attend all KSE Internship Program hosted events that occur during business hours. If unable to attend due to work, school or unforeseen circumstance, the Intern must inform the Internship Program Committee.
  • All Interns are required to participate in the KSE Mentorship Program by meeting with assigned Mentor in person or virtually.

Compensation:
  • $22/hour
